Normally, the cost for this program would be $800/person.

Are you an influencer at your company or organization, but feel unable to effect the change you want in a toxic or unfulfilling environment?  In order to be a change maker, there are a set of skills you need to learn which are counter-intuitive.  This interactive 2-day leadership program utilizes cutting-edge neuroscience to teach practical skills, enabling you to lead from a space of true collaboration and inspiration.

Those accepted into the program will be notified on April 2nd, 2020.

Tisse Mallon
Tisse is the founder of Elar Institute and over the past 12 years has worked with schools, companies, and individuals to develop structures and practices which lead to a higher level of connection, balance, and creativity. 
Gregg Pollack
Gregg Pollack is a successful serial entrepreneur who is passionate about creating vibrant company cultures.  He is a teacher at the Elar Institute and a founder of Vue Mastery, an online learning platform for software developers.  Other successful startups he’s founded include Code School, an online software programming school which was acquired by Pluralsight for $36 Million, Envy, a web application development firm, and Starter Studio, Orlando’s first technical accelerator.
